We are passionate bakers. We make breads and pastries while respecting baking traditions and nature. All our products are shaped on site, and Boulangerie Capucine holds the “Boulanger de France” label.
Our range of Respectus Panis® breads is kneaded and shaped entirely by hand, without mechanical action. These breads are made with ORGANIC flours and sourdough. Respectus breads are made with AB flours from Moulins de Brasseuil in Yvelines, near Évreux.
Our other breads are made with flour from Guillaume Sébire’s wheat in Ryes. Moulin d’Étouvy, near Vire, mills the wheat. We have created a unique local supply chain with our partners.
