Boulanger de France is a label created by the Confédération Nationale de la Boulangerie et Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Française to help consumers clearly distinguish France’s artisan bakers from industrial bakery operators.
To receive this label, a baker must meet criteria concerning artisanal production, quality and hygiene, customer service and accessibility, and social responsibility.
